Gynecomastia, otherwise known as Man Boobs, is a regular pandemic. With over 30% of the male population suffering from this condition (some place the percentage at 50%), Gynecomastia is a common and disturbing cosmetic condition.

The most common treatment for Gynecomastia is plastic surgery in which fatty tissue is removed from the patient's chest area. Tamoxifen is marketed under various names, one of the most common is Nolvadex.

You should be aware of 2 things:

1. This is a prescription only drug which means that you will have to go to the doctor in order to get it.

2. Nolvadex has many possible and rather nasty side effects such as reduced sex drive and impotency.

Non-prescription Nautral Gynecomastia Medication

There are a few natural supplements on the market today which target the fatty tissue in the male chest area and reduce it by natural means. These are supplements made from 100% natural ingredients which have no reported side effects. Even though they don't work for 100% of the patients, many men reported excellent and fast results with these supplements. Although there are a number of supplements on the market, I recommend that you stick to one which is called Gynexin. I make this recommendation not because I belive the other supplements are scams, but simply because Gynexin is the one with the longest track record, the one most documented, and so is the one I am most comfortable with.
